You retain ownership of the content you create or store using the Services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

The Services, including their software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Satigui, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Our names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Satigui and may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satigui, LLC and its owners and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Satigui, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
